We’re Hiring! Administrative & Marketing Support – Based in Ireland
Electramed is looking for a proactive and organised professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site role combining marketing/sales support with administrative responsibilities. You’ll report to the Office Manager and collaborate closely with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive social media engagement to strengthen our online presence.
- Assist in planning/managing PR activities, sales meetings & company events.
- Support the sales team in building our brand & delivering excellent service.
- Prepare internal newsletters, updates & communications.
- Provide coverage for essential roles during staff leave.
- Assist accounts payable & management with admin tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of full-time Admin experience.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
- Highly organised with strong planning abilities.
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: €34,000 – €38,000 (depending on experience)
- 22 annual leave days + loyalty & milestone leave
