Warranty, Quotation & Maintenance Terms Statement
Thank you for choosing our services. Please review the following terms regarding our warranty, quotations, payment conditions, and preventive maintenance services.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a 6-month warranty from the date of repair completion, covering:
- Used Spare Parts – Protection against defects in materials or workmanship.
- Labor – Coverage for any issues resulting from the repair work performed by our technicians.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling.
- Failures due to unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party interventions.
- Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to age.
- Any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of business or downtime.
Preventive Maintenance (PM)
- Preventive maintenance is carried out once or twice a year, as agreed, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- It includes inspections, adjustments, and general servicing to help prevent potential failures.
- Repairs and spare parts are not included in preventive maintenance services. Any necessary repairs will be assessed and separately quoted.
Quotation Terms
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Prices quoted do not include VAT unless explicitly stated.
- Additional service calls may be required beyond the initial visit. Any further work needed will be assessed and subsequently quoted.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may be subject to additional charges as per our standard terms.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us with proof of repair (invoice or receipt).
- We will inspect the issue to determine warranty eligibility.
- If covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no extra cost.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original repair.
